알루미늄 호일 점보 롤의 분류에 대해 이야기하기
두께
알루미늄 호일 점보 롤은 두께 차이에 따라 두꺼운 호일, 단일 제로 호일 및 이중 제로 호일로 나눌 수 있습니다.
① Thick foil ("heavy gaugefoil"): foil with a thickness of {{0}}.1 to 0.2 mm.
②Single zero foil ("medium gauge foil"): foil with a thickness of {{0}}.01mm and less than 0.1mm/.
③Double zero foil ("light gauge foil"): The so-called double zero foil is a foil with two zeros after the decimal point when its thickness is measured in mm, usually aluminium foil jumbo roll with a thickness of less than 0.01, that is, aluminium foil jumbo roll with a thickness of 0.005~0.009mm . In foreign countries, aluminium foil jumbo roll with a thickness of ≤40ltm is sometimes referred to as "light gauge foil", and aluminium foil jumbo roll with a thickness of >40btm is collectively referred to as "heavy gauge foil".

③Soft foil: aluminium foil jumbo roll that has been fully annealed and softened after rolling. The material is soft and there is no residual oil on the surface. Most applications, such as packaging, lamination, electrical materials, etc., use flexible foils.

①Single{{0}}sided smooth aluminium foil jumbo roll: double-rolled aluminium foil jumbo roll, one side is bright after sub-rolling, and the other side is black, such aluminium foil jumbo roll is called one-sided smooth aluminium foil jumbo roll. The thickness of one side light aluminium foil jumbo roll is usually not more than 0.025mm.
②Double{{0}}sided smooth aluminium foil jumbo roll: single rolled aluminium foil jumbo roll, both sides are in contact with the roll, and the two sides of the aluminium foil jumbo roll are divided into mirror two-sided smooth aluminium foil jumbo roll and ordinary two-sided smooth aluminium foil jumbo roll due to the different surface roughness of the roll. The thickness of the two-sided glossy aluminium foil jumbo roll is generally not less than 0.01mm.
